Items may arrive earlier than the estimated ETA and balance will be due once item arrives

To secure the current sale price:

• A 50% down payment per item must be paid on the same day the order is placed.
• Once the sale period ends, the promotional price will no longer be available.

When your order arrives in Manila, the remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice.

Failure to pay within the deadline will result in:

• Cancellation of your order
• Forfeiture of your down payment

• USA outlet stores no longer provide gift receipts.
• Most outlet items do not include branded paperbags, boxes or dust bags.

ORDER POLICY 🚫

Please place your order only if you are 100% certain that you intend to purchase the item.

All orders are final. We do not allow cancellations, changes, transfers, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

All payments made are non-refundable.

Failure to complete payment within the given deadlines will result in:

• Cancellation of the order
• Forfeiture of all payments made

Customers who repeatedly fail to complete payments, cancel orders, or violate store policies may be permanently restricted from placing future orders.

ETA / SHIPPING DELAYS ⏰

Estimated arrival dates are only estimates.

Unexpected shipping delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, and courier delays are beyond our control.

Refunds or cancellations due to shipping delays will not be entertained.

QUALITY CHECK ✅

Every item is carefully inspected before shipment.

If you receive an item with a concern:

• Notify us on the same day you receive your parcel
• A complete unboxing video is required beginning before the package is opened until the item is fully inspected.
• We will only entertain questions regarding item issues during the day of the delivery. Please make a video unboxing and showing your item in order for us to verify that the issue is on our end.

Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to verify claims.

Please note:

• Brand warranties do not extend through BagIsLove.
• Any repair or warranty requests with the brand are the buyer’s responsibility.
• International shipping costs for repairs are not covered by BagIsLove.

SHIPPING LBC ONLY 🚚

We exclusively use LBC for local deliveries.

Local shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer.

Available options:

• Cash on Delivery COD
• Cash on Pickup COP
• Prepaid Shipping

If prepaid shipping exceeds the actual shipping fee, excess payment will be applied as store credit and is non-refundable.

LBC will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If the parcel is returned to us:

• Buyer is responsible for the new shipping fee.

WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

Items may arrive earlier than expected.

Once your order reaches Manila, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

We do NOT offer same-day shipping or same-day delivery.

Once payment is verified:

• We will send your shipping schedule via DM.
• Tracking numbers are sent after 9:00 PM on the day your parcel is shipped.

Delivery delays caused by the courier are beyond our control.

FAQ:  Shipping refers to getting a package from sellers location to courier, while delivery refers to getting the package into the hands of the recipient. SHIPPING FEE via  LBC ONLY (We do not use other local couriers)

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS 📦

Once your parcel has been turned over to LBC, BagIsLove is no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the courier.
