ABOUT BAGISLOVE 

  • We offer mid-luxury brands at a huge discount compared to retail prices.
  • Owner is based in California, USA.
  • ALL PRODUCTS are guaranteed ORIGINAL and BRAND NEW.
  • The products are directly purchased from USA Outlets and shipped to Manila, PH.

Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. 

 
PRE-ORDER:
  • In order to secure "current sale price" 50% down payment is required on each item you'd like to order. 
  • Once pre-order period is over you may no longer take advantage of the sale price posted.
PRICE:
  • Please note that price is subject to change without prior notice based on weekly change of discount in the outlets.
  • Price posted is firm and final. Please do not lowball. 
INLCUSION:
  • Tags, care card and "bagislove" paper bag. 
  • We no longer provide gift receipts since 2020.
  • Outlet items does not come with brand box or dust bags. Banded dust bag can be purchased for an additional cost ₱1,000 pesos. 
PAPER BAGS 
  • Most of the brand does not provide papers bags for each item we purchase at the outlet store. However, we can provide our own "bagislove" paper bags at no additional cost. Please check our website for sample photos. 
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
  • Pre-order takes 4 weeks to arrive from USA to Philippines via AIR SHIPPING
  • ETA is subject to change and delays
  • Delays are beyond our control thus refund regarding delays will not be entertained
QUALITY CHECK
  • All orders go through a thorough inspection to make sure everything is up to standards
  • We will only entertain questions regarding item issues during the day of the delivery. Please make a video unboxing and showing your item in order for us to verify that the issue is on our end.
  • The one year manufacturing warranty from the brands that we cater does not apply to bagislove.cc
  • Please refer to each brands warranty and repair policy if you wish to do so. However, please be advised that international shipping going to the US and back to the PH (for repairs) may apply and it WILL NOT be shoulder by bagislove.cc
SHIPPING FEE via  LBC ONLY (We do not use other local couriers)
  •  LOCAL SHIPPING FEE is shouldered by buyer 
  • COD "cash on delivery" is recommended to pay lower shipping rates 
  • COD "cash on pick up" is also an option if you'd like to pick up parcel directly at LBC BRANCH near you. LBC will hold parcel for 10days only.
  • PRE-PAID shipping please advise seller if you'd like to pre pay
Please note: LBC will make 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. After the attempts, the package will be returned to sender. Additional shipping fee  will apply to re-ship your parcel.
SHIPPING RATES for Handbags: 
 COD/COP:
  • Metro Manila  -   ₱300 or less
  • National Capital Region   -  ₱350 or less
  • Provincial   -   ₱350 or up
PREPAID SHIPPING FEE:  If you prefer to prepay your SF, please be advised we will not be able to refund excess payment but we can use it as a credit on your next order. 
  • Metro Manila  -   ₱400 or up
  • National Capital Region  - ₱450 or up
  • Provincial   -   ₱500-800 or up
SHIPPING RATES FOR WALLETS:
  • COD/COP:   ₱100-150 or less
  • Prepaid:   ₱200 or up
ONCE ORDER ARRIVES IN MANILA
  • Once order arrives in MNL you will get a notification to settle your balance failure to pay within 2-3 days will result in forfeited down payment and cancelled order. 
SHIPPING SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY
  • Once item is fully paid and the payment is verified, we will send you our shipping schedule via dm.
  • Please refrain from asking about your tracking number. Please allow us to process your items on the day your parcel is scheduled to be shipped.
  • Receipt "tracking number" will be provided via DM on IG after 9PM. (Pre-order items)
  • The tracking number will automatically be sent via email around 9PM of the shipping date (On-hand items)
  • Delivery will be handled by third party courier "LBC"
  • Allow 1-2 days for shipping within Metro Manila, NCR usually takes 2-3 days and 7-10 for other locations from the time of receiving your tracking no.
  • Delays are beyond our control thus refund regarding delays will not be entertained.
FAQ:  Shipping refers to getting a package from sellers location to courier, while delivery refers to getting the package into the hands of the recipient.SHIPPING FEE via  LBC ONLY (We do not use other local couriers).
SAME DAY DELIVERY (ON-HAND ITEMS ONLY)

Same day delivery schedule:

Lalamove/Grab: MONDAY TO FRIDAY from 3PM-7PM only.

  • Buyer will be the one to book the courier. You will receive a text once the order is available for pick up.
  • Please allow 2 hrs of processing from the time of payment.
  • No rush orders please.
  • Payment cut-off: 1PM
 

We will only accept one mode of payment for our same day delivery option.

DAMAGED AND LOST PARCEL
  • Once your order is shipped we will not be liable for any damages, loss or delays caused by the courier. Rest assured we will pack your orders with care.  
REFUND AND RETURN
  • All sales are final
  • Strictly no return no exchange and no cancellation of orders 
  • Down Payment is not refundable
TWO MONTHS LAYAWAY : 
Plan applicable to "pre-orders" amounting to  7,000 & above only. 
  • Maximum of 2 months layaway plans are available for pre-order items
  • Half down payment is required
  • No pattern of Payment required
  • No limit on items you can layaway but half down is required per item
  • No changing of item
  • If you cancel your order down payment is not refundable
  •  We do not charge interest. However, please note that failure to settle balance on time "all down payment/s" will be automatically forfeited. Strictly no extension will be allowed.

JOY RESERVER / BOGUS BUYER
  • Joy reservers and those who fills up an order form without placing an order will be banned from ordering permanently.

JOY RESERVERS & BOGUS BUYERS DETAILS AND PHOTOS will be POSTED in our social media account and per ARTICLE 1596 CIVIL CODE of the Philippines we can file a case against joy reserver & bogus buyers using the info you submitted).
